Few Tips For Freshers !! 1. If you are at home or in small town then move to any metro city(preferably Bangalore) in stead of wasting time. Because most of the companies ask for F2F interviews directly. They rarely take T.con round / Skype round. 2. Stay in PG. If you stay with your parents or relatives you won't be able to concentrate much. If you stay in PG, you will get in touch with many job seekers and job holders. 3. Wake up early so that you can manage your time properly. 4. Try to avoid Instagram, Facebook. You will get nothing. Zindagi padi hai use karne ke liye but pehle settle ho jao. So try to update your profile in LinkedIn and get in touch with recruiters. 5. Prepare your Resume well and focus on your skills whatever you have. 6. Search in Google for job openings. If you put proper keyword, you will get so many openings. 7. Don't waste time on searching for jobs all the time. Study side by side as well. 8. Keep checking my job posts as well..
